Bogle Old Vine Zinfandel is crafted from 60- to 80-year-old dry-farmed vines that yield small amounts of intensely flavored fruit. Aromas of ripe raspberry and white pepper lead to a rich palate filled with red berry and cranberry notes accented by subtle savory herbs and juniper. A year of barrel aging adds layers of spice oak and vanilla creating a smooth full-bodied finish. An excellent companion to grilled sausages tandoori chicken and Gorgonzola cheese.
